How does a divorce and separation from one parent affect children’s future relationships? Can this cause trust issues or commitment issues in the kids’ future relationship? When the children have witnessed and experienced the destruction of their parents’ relationship—a relationship that is not only part and parcel of their own relationships with those parents, but a relationship that shapes all other relationships between themselves and other people—it has adverse effects. Those adverse effects can—in the even of a separation and/or divorce—(and usually will) include difficulty with trust and commitment in the children’s future relationships.

In this rare sighting, a male leopard is mating with two females who are sisters. The sisters come from different litters, and are in heat—or estrus—at the same time. The sounds of mating likely drew the older female to the edge of her territory.
Leopards are solitary, territorial animals—so sharing a mate in close proximity is unusual, but a Londolozi Game Reserve ranger observed multiple matings over several hours.
The sisters’ kinship likely made them more tolerant of each other’s presence, and the younger female, just 2.5 years old, is not yet territorial. The older female is now raising a litter of cubs, and it is possible that this mating in November 2017 resulted in the litter.

The procedure for divorce principally starts with the filing of a #divorce petition as per the Indian legal procedure. Essentially, the divorce procedure in India begins when one of the parties to a divorce file a petition for divorce and the other party is served a notice for the same to appear in the court.
Under Section 13 B of the Hindu #Marriage Act, 1955, the parties can seek divorce by mutual consent by filing a petition before the court. Mutual consent means that both the parties agree for peaceful separation. Mutual Consent Divorce is a simple way of coming out of the marriage and dissolve it legally.
The Hindu Marriage Act is an Act of the Parliament of India enacted in 1955. Three other important acts were also enacted as part of the Hindu Code Bills during this time: the Hindu Succession Act, the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, the Hindu #Adoptions and Maintenance Act.
Divorce is difficult, but men can prepare themselves buy understanding the way family law handles men going through the divorce machine.

Parental alienation – he’s been run though the family court system, and if lucky gets to come by once a week and see how effective his ex is at making his own children hate him
All you do is write cheques and watch your children go downhill.
Leavor/Leavee relationship. Women don’t want you to leave, and are insane about it. When women leave you, its over quick. When men leave women, its never over till she has won.
Access, and why you want shared custody.
– Move anywhere in the world without your consent
– Makes decisions without your consent (medical, religious, name change)
– Money all flows to her, and its totally unreasonable in the amount
Fatherless children
Fatherless children are 3 times more likely as a teen to: be pregnant, commit suicide, be suspended from school, abuse drugs/alcohol, join gangs, or end up in jail.
Single mothers with live in boyfriend mean the rate of child maltreatment is 9 times higher than married parents
EXAMPLES OF SHIT
– Wife divorces 2 days after child is born (full custody)
– Wife takes kid, moves out, makes claim father was abusive – later she gets knocked up by another man, and has a fatherless child – claims less then k income for 2 yrs yet shows up in a range rover for court dates
– Guy stayed in house, wife harassed him, false accusations, raped him. Begged him to have another kid during the divorce.
– Knew a guy that lost 150,000 on the sale of his house
– security cleared to talk to kids, highest security clearance in Iraq, yet needed supervised visits to see his own kids
– False accusations of domestic violence will ruin you.

STATS – when choosing your partner
– Chances of being in a stable marriage (defined as 5+ yrs) are in the 60% range if age of first sexual activity is 19+. If it was 14 or younger its less than 40% chance
– If She has had 16 or more partners chances of a stable marriage are less then 20%
– Women with more sexual partners are less content in marriage
Bottom line is if your wife has had many sexual partners, and lost her virginity at a young age, your chances of divorce are higher
